How we Started
Australia is home to the world’s largest and healthiest wild camel population — a vast, under utilised resource. The late Henry Steingiesser recognised its potential and united the right people to establish Western Australia’s first commercial camel milk dairy. His vision was clear: transform an overlooked resource into a sustainable, high-value industry.
Building on that foundation, Stephen Geppert and Marcel Steingiesser have spent the past nine years developing proprietary technology that enables camel milk to be produced at scale, efficiently and cost-effectively. This innovation has moved camel milk beyond a niche product, positioning it as a globally competitive alternative to traditional dairy.
Today, Good Earth Dairy combines authentic origins with cutting edge innovation. With a secure and scalable supply, proven technology, and a compelling health and sustainability story, the company is uniquely placed to lead the emergence of camel milk into mainstream global markets — creating both consumer impact and attractive investor returns.
